They quickly switched our room to a better one with twin beds, which was a nice touch. I loved relaxing by the cozy lounge area and the beautiful garden that added a charming vibe to our stay. The shower could use a little upgrade, but it didn’t spoil our fun! 🌟

the cleanliness is absoluteley non existent, mildew in the bathroom is just charming. also, can we talk about the noise? earplugs aren't luxury, they are desperation. as if that wasn’t enough, woudl ve been nice to recieve a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that’s only for the 'special' guests here. just couldn’t give a good review.

Who knew? Not me!
Unexpectedly fantastic stay! The comfortable beds and warm rooms ensured restful nights despite the bustling Old Town location. Breakfast was a delightful spread until 11:00 AM—perfect for late risers. Important tip, chat with Di and Katrina at the front desk. their friendly assistance was invaluable!

The location was heaps good, just a stroll to all the sights. But the breakfast selection was a bit basic, and the room could do with a facelift.

prime central location, good variety of room styles, access to local culture
The noise from the street and nearby bars is unbearable!!! A thorough update of the room furnishings and bathroom facilities is desperately needed!!! Wi-Fi issues persist throughout the hotel, making connectivity a hassle!!! Slow service at check-out adds to the frustration!!!

Ah, the breakfast was pretty good, offering a decent range of options to kickstart your day! Plus, the super central location puts you right by all the hustle and bustle of Riga. Don't forget to check out nearby Lido Alus Seta for some local eats. their smoked guinea fowl will make your taste buds dance! 🌟
The rooms are just a bit basic, more like a budget option—think squeaky mattresses and low-end furniture. The cleanliness left a little to be desired. those floors had seen better days, and that showerhead? A definite shower curtain showdown waiting to happen! ⚠️

great location but minor room issues
The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all major attractions. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, setting a great tone for the day. The Standard Single Room provided ample space for one, allowing for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed waking up to a lovely city view each morning, which added to the overall experience.
Unfortunately, there were a few minor maintenance issues in the room that could be improved.
